Historical Ghent Home Renovation – My Interior Design Coup de Coeur

I am absolutely in love with this project! The hardest challenge about renovation is without a doubt to respect the cultural heritage of the space and to minimize as much as possible physical interference. I love how the space is kept intact and how lighting played a large role in adding a modern atmosphere to the make over. The Mini-pi 1 lights by Trizo21 blend in so well with the floral themed ornamented ceiling and add a playful and intriguing look. This residence is located in Ghent, Belgium, and meticulously conceived by Hans Verstuyft Architecten. Words can’t describe it and I am sure that pictures can’t do it justice. I think I found my new favorite. Enjoy!
