Renovating your home does not necessarily mean tearing down your old walls and breaking your bank account. I’ve recently been approached by a friend who needed a quick and affordable home update, which was fun and challenging to plan. There are numerous easy ways to do it, and here are my best picks:
They can make any room look cozy and inviting. I am also obsessed with scented candles as they can help lift your mood and create a relaxing atmosphere. I love the ones from H&M Home section with the lovely glass holders.
5- Rearranging your existing Furniture.
Sometimes the only thing you really need is a better furniture layout. Creating visual balance and moving larger pieces towards the walls can help declutter a room and bring its best assets.
6- Framed Art.
Although it’s common knowledge that art can be expensive, it can be acquired in the cheapest and easiest ways possible. Aside from fashion editorials and postcards, I used to have a little binder where I would store lots of magazine scraps and cutouts that I would later use to make collage art.
Did I forget to mention that I am a big flowers enthusiast? I love lush and glamorous bouquets that are easy and almost free to make. Placing several of them around the house leaves a refreshing and natural fragrance.
Remember, a great home is the little personal touches that represent you and your interests.
